By making payment, the client hereby agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
A date cannot be held without a deposit and the requested date will still be open to other clients. Bookings are only secured with a payment of 50% of the total Service and is non-refundable. Full balance payment is required 14 days to the date.
Failure to make payments within the agreed time frame, may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Changes to bookings
Availability and your quote is based on the booking size, service requirements, timings and location mentioned in your initial enquiry. Booking sizes cannot be reduced once confirmed but may be increase pending timings on the day.
Notification should be given of any changes to the booking and trial as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
All changes to a booking, must be made by the bride only.
Payments for work that has already been carried out is non-refundable.
If you need to postpone or change the date of your booking for reasons that are unforeseen/not in your control or for any other reason. Chris Becks will allow for one date change only (subject to availability).
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking completely:
Cancelling within 3 months of the agreed wedding date = 50% of the remaining balance is not due by the original due date.
Cancelling 1 month or less to the wedding date = 100% of the balance is still due by the original due date.
In the Unlikely event that Chris Becks is unable to make your wedding appointment due to personal emergency, act of god or severe illness she will try to find you an alternative hairstylist who she highly recommends or a refund of 100% of costs already paid by the client.
To carry out work efficiently Chris Becks will need a minimum of; a table/flat surface to set up on and chair (preferably a chair with back /Bar stool) to carry out services.
15minutes is allotted to set up and be ready in time to start services. If suitable conditions are not provided delays cannot be held responsible for if time is lost due to this. 15 minutes is also allotted for packing up.
Hair Duration – 90mins to 180mins after Setup, makeup preferably after hair has been completed or hair prep finished.
Chris Becks will not be held responsible if the hair products/hair used on you messes up the makeup. This is why Makeup is best applied after hair has been completed or at most – Hair prep.
Chris Becks reserves the right to refuse to work if a client, family member, bridal party or party guests is rude, aggressive, upsetting or abusive in any way. Unfortunately, no refunds will be made to the client if this occurs.

Cancelling 1 month or less to the wedding date = 100% of the balance is still due by the original due date.

An approximate charge is given, if there’s a price increase with Travel services, this will be fed back to client for reimbursements.
Early morning bookings where Chrisbecks has to start before 7am, a £90 surcharge will be charged.
Accommodation close to your wedding venue may be required for the night before the wedding if; journey time is overz 2 hours one way, the start time is 6am or earlier, or there are other foreseeable events/delays.
Photographs and videos are taken for use on my Bridal website, Social Media & Marketing. If you do not want any images taken please let Chris Becks know before and if the voided are already posted I can't remove it.
INSURANCE
It is highly recommended that each of our brides have full wedding insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
