Membership

Membership Renewal

Your membership automatically renews every 12 months unless cancelled before your renewal date.

Membership Cancellation

If you cancel before your renewal date, your membership will remain active until the end of your current membership period and will not renew.

Cancelling your membership does not entitle you to a refund for the current membership period.

Membership Renewals & Refunds

Once your membership has renewed, payment is non-refundable.

As access to all membership content is made available immediately upon renewal, refunds cannot be issued for:

Individual tutorials purchased separately include 12 months’ access from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

One-to-one online training sessions must be booked in advance.

Your booking is confirmed only after payment has been received.

Where a booking fee is required, it secures your training date and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid before the training session begins.

Should you need to reschedule your session, reasonable notice must be provided. Requests are subject to availability.

Failure to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice may result in the session being forfeited.
